After watching Forbes top 20 rich and young celebrities, I took a mental note to post yet again about Frankie Muniz. The reason why is that the network featured where Frankie has been using his loot on, as the network has showed where all others’ splurged/invested/spent their millions of dollars. The young American actor, who was born December 5, 1985 (makes him 22 years old), apparently has passion for the fast and the furious cars. In fact, he has been involved in race sports and has competed himself to various tracks (including Champ Car World Series and Las Vegas Grang Prix) and although without luck, didn’t win any one of them. However, the actor is taking a serious path towards the popular car game sports and claims he is a professional race car driver. The actor also confessed to the media how much cars does he have in his collection. A resounding number of 34 CARS!!! including the Maserati coupe I posted in here.

The Cadillac Escalade EXT is undoubtedly a menacing appearance. With its good looks, clean lines and muscular appearance, the vehicle seems to fit rightly the equally powerful and popular tennis pro, Anna Kournikova. By the way, this is the first post I ever made to feature a sport persona to add to the long lists of celebrities, both from the Hollywood and other industries as well, and their own autos I wrote about. It is my honor to feature one of the most popular, successful and most bankable sport stars of all time, Miss Anna Kournikova.

Anyone can admit that Miss Kournikova is one of the most known tennis players of her time. Although she has played and been successful in the singles game, she was more known to specialize in the doubles. Matina Hingis played alongside her, and with the teamwork they showed, they won Grand Slam titles in 1999 and 2002.

Miss Kournikova has a height that many critics decided was most fitting to her being a doubles game player. The same reason could be said why she chose a Cadillad Escallade EXT. Perhaps, she finds it a little tough to drive small, fast cars, which other popular celebrities, like Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, and others, are known to favor over other vehicle classifications. For my own opinion, she selected the right vehicle for her. As mentioned above, it looks quite perfect for her, both her physical built and celebrity status speaking.

Topic geared off to Cadillac Escalade EXT, is a luxury pickup truck. That classification was the result of the company’s revamping venture made to the early Escalades. In 2002, they had explored different ways and approach to take advantage of the then popularity and street credentials of luxury SUVs. So, the EXT was actually the maximized point of the Escalade badge.

The current Cadillac Escalade EXT is related to the Chevrolet Avalanche, with as far as mechanical details are concerned. The early Ecalades sported smaller 6.0-L V8, which was responsible for making 345 hp, 380-lb ft torque. They also had the recirculating-ball setup, which made it responsible for the slower response steering feel,

The new EXT, on the other hand, was seen equipped with rack-and-pinion steering, a 6.2L V8, producing 403 hp and 417 lb-ft torque. It is also an all-wheel drive and has the six-speed automatic transmission. Under hood aspect shoved aside, the rear part comes off as a pickup. It has a special “Midgate” system, that which what makes it sporting a large cargo capacity. If the rear seats and rear window are fold down, it even makes way for bigger storage room, better for longer and bulky items. For more flexibility of the vehicle, it has an automatic tonneau cover, which protects stored items from the elements. It has 18-inch wheels, automatic suspension damping, and HID headlights.

If you peek inside the cabin, there is no doubt that the vehicle is all about luxury. With the leather upholstery, heated seats, and 14-way power, it is all about comfort and convenience of your stay inside. In addition to those things, there is a tri-zone climate control, 10-speaker Bose 5.1 surround-sound audio system which comes with in-dash CD changer (these are standard). If you want, there is a navigation system which comes with touchscreen operation and rearview camera ready for you as additional option.

With all these features that come with Cadillac Escalade EXT, the former tennis player surely enjoys driving it around Miami, where she was seen parading it. The price of the EXT, which was turned around the relatively modest range of more than $50,000 in the market does not say much but have it full when it comes to its appearance and, well, power too.
